Mark Byrne BSc.(hons) MSCS MRICS.

Mark Byrne is the principal of Byrne & Co. Chartered Quantity Surveyors.

Mark is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, has 17 years experience in the construction industry, holds an honours degree in construction economics, and is a member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors and The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Mark has a trade background in wall and floor tiling and all of his qualifications were achieved by part-time study while continuing to work. He has worked with two of the largest private quantity surveying practices in Cork and on some of the city’s largest building projects.

Through Byrne & Co, Mark has been providing Quantity Surveying services to Private Clients and Building Contractors since 2009.
